Shipping is complimentary on orders over $150, and a flat $8 below that. In-stock bags leave us within 1–2 working days and arrive in 2–4, fully tracked. Every order ships in a gift box at no extra charge, with a dust bag inside.
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. Bags must be unused with their tags still attached and returned in their dust bag — a bag that has been carried cannot be resold as new. Return shipping is free. Personalised and monogrammed bags are final sale.

Every bag carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing faults: stitching, hardware, zips and strap fixings. Patina, softening and light scratching are not faults — full-grain leather is meant to change with use, and it is why we chose it.
